Church History:
Pastor Yomi Fapohunda
Christ Healing Evangelical Church- Solid Rock Assembly was birthed through a vision given to the Regional Overseer and his wife, Pastor Adegboyega, and Prophetess Mabel Talabi. Solid Rock Assembly provides a family-friendly worship experience to people who reside on the north side of Chicago.
In 2017, Pastor Abayomi Fapohunda and his wife, Assistant Pastor Florence Fapohunda, launched the North Side of the ministry at McFetridge Sport Center, 3843 North California Avenue, Chicago. The church is now located at 6536 North Clark Street in Chicago after a dedication and inauguration ceremony on March 18, 2018.
The church has been holding its service at the present location from that time unto the present. We pray and hope that a permanent place shall be provided in the nearest future. The church continues to grow gradually in membership and spirituality.
